Virgin Mobile and Storm Models team up to search for V Festival faces
Storm Models, the world famous modelling agency, which has supermodels including Kate Moss, Elle MacPherson and Sophie Dahl on its books, has declared V Festival the nation’s best looking festival and a hotbed of potential supermodels.
Storm Models sent model scouts to V Festival 2003, who were overwhelmed by the number of beautiful faces they saw at V, resulting in them signing a number of models to their books, including 14year old Alys Hale who has been tipped as a face of the future. Following their success last year, Storm are increasing the amount of scouts attending this year and are working with the official sponsors, Virgin Mobile, to find the ‘Faces of V Festival’.
The V Festival takes place this year on the 21st and 22nd August at Hylands Park, Chelmsford and Weston Park, Staffordshire. The Storm Models scouts will select a number of potential models, both male and female, over the weekend, all of which will be invited to Storm Models offices in London for a further interview.
Sarah Doukas, founder of Storm Models comments: “We were overwhelmed by the number of boys and girls with great potential that we found at V Festival last year; the Festival certainly attracts very beautiful people. We are really looking forward to scouting at V Festival 2004 to find the faces of the festival.”

Notes to editors:
Virgin Mobile is the headline sponsor of the V Festival for the fifth consecutive year, one of the long-standing music sponsorships in the business. We will be taking the hugely popular Virgin Mobile Red Light Club to both sites, for a feast of live music and entertainment in a genuine nightclub on site! Text The Fest and Foto the Fest will be returning to display festival-goers’ best gags, observations and declarations of love or lust, which last year received more than 30,000 messages! Look out for our Virgin Mobile Angels will be on hand to help festival-goers pitch their tents, find the stages, and find their way home after a big weekend of partying!
And if all this wasn’t enough, Virgin Mobile has pledged this year to give each of its customers at the V Festival a free beer and a kebab!
The V Festival takes place on 21st - 22nd of August at Highland Park, Chelmsford and Weston Park, Staffordshire. This year The Strokes, Dido, Muse and reunited rock demi-gods the Pixies top the bill. Plus the Kings of Leon, Pink, Primal Scream, N.E.R.D, Athlete and Keane are all confirmed to play.
