Tony Blair is prime target for his celebrity list of contacts as voted for by over 30% of men aged between 18 and 30 who would rather have access to his mobile phone than anyone else’s. The results revealed today by Virgin Mobile show that people truly believe Tony has more celebrity contacts than both Robbie Williams and Sir Elton John.
In light of recent exposes involving Paris Hilton’s mobile contact details, Virgin Mobile commissioned the survey to reveal just who has the most wanted mobile phone book in Britain.
The survey of 18-30 year old mobile phone users, revealed 30% of men would like access to Tony’s contact book, which is considered more interesting and valuable than any other celebrity. Although people admitted that Robbie and Elton’s contact list would be impressive even the attraction of getting their hands on Rachel Hunter, Abi Titmuss and Nicole Kidman’s phone numbers wasn’t enough to attract the majority vote.
Those polled believe that having Tony’s contact book would reveal a whole host of celebrity contacts including David Beckham, Bono, Noel Gallagher, The Queen, Prince Charles and even the Pope, making Tony’s contact list the most important and desirable list of them all.
However, the female vote favoured high profile socialites with the most popular being Paris Hilton. The hotel heiress topped the list with around 25% of the ladies vote. The US babe even beat off British beauty Sienna Miller, who received almost half as many votes. Even the lure of Jude Law’s mobile number wasn’t enough to make her phone book the most sexy. Paris Hilton, who recently had her phone book exposed on the Internet, reeled in voters with the possibility of disclosing mobile numbers of superstars such as Eminem and Andy Roddick. Meanwhile Men (30%) admitted that their only interest in Paris’s mobile would be for her picture gallery!
