06.10.06: Virgin Mobile last night was crowned the king of customer service, winning the prestigious award for Best Customer Service at the Mobile Choice Consumer Awards 2006. This year marks the sixth consecutive year of victory for Virgin Mobile, which prides itself on its excellent customer service.
The customer service award, which was voted for by the public, proves Virgin Mobile’s customer service is the best in the industry. In the Mobile Choice survey an amazing 73% of readers were very satisfied with its customer service while 23% were fairly satisfied.
Mobile Choice Magazine said: ’Virgin Mobile has won this prominent award for an unprecedented sixth time, indisputably proving the network puts its customers first’.
