13.11.06: Virgin Mobile has been recognised as leaders in customer service in the telecoms sector and 2nd overall in a survey conducted of '58 of the UK’s biggest companies’ published in Marketing (8th November).
Conducted by marketing consultancy Dunnhumby 1300 consumers were surveyed for their views on 58 companies in eight sectors. This accolade comes hot on the heels of Virgin Mobile winning the prestigious award for Best Customer Service at the Mobile Choice Consumer Awards 2006 for the sixth year running.
